  • We check phone messages in evenings and on weekends, while renters are in the cottages, and are available 24/7 to help with any emergencies that may arise at your property!
  • Our business was established in 2002, and we have secured a large customer database, and good advertising avenues.
  • We have an extensive website where we will advertise your cottage in detail.
  • We work on a commission basis for the weeks that we rent, so it is our goal to maximize rentals for you. If we don’t rent a week, we don’t make any money either!
  • We make every effort to make sure that your cottage is booked for the prime weeks that it is available to us.
  • We specialize in the Bancroft area since we know it the best.
We will:
  • Visit your cottage to determine its market potential. Please try to have it picture ready. Ideally, we’d like to view your cottage in late spring or summer, so we can get good outside pictures.
  • Photograph the interior and exterior of your property. This includes upgrades to your pictures when needed - we will look after this for you!
  • Handle all phone, walk-in and e-mail inquiries, qualifying of renters, securing payments, and advertising.
  • Secure all contracts with the customers, collecting and returning of security deposits and much more.
  • We update our website daily, and as the cottage rents out, the dates come off very quickly.
Available services are:
  • Property and general maintenance services at an extra cost, or we can refer qualified contractors to you. It is always easier to hire someone yourself, so they get to know your property.
  • Cleaning:  If you are unable to inspect/clean your cottage after each rental, you can have your property inspected/cleaned on a weekly basis after each rental, for a low fee of $35.00/hour plus tax (min 2 hours), and mileage. The things to be done by the cleaning team are as follows:
  • Doing a thorough check of your vacation property to make sure it was left as it was found.
  • Taking away dirty dishcloths and tea towels and replaced with clean ones that you have provided.
  • Furnishing & cottage checked for damages, drawers and closets to be checked for items left behind, strip beds and remake (if required, laundry service extra).
  • Checking the BBQ, switching propane tanks over, as well as restocking cleaning products, toilet paper and paper towels.
  • Lock box to be checked and ready for the next renters.
  • The team will take away 1 small bag of garbage (renters are asked to take the other garbage away) and make sure all fires are out and the recreational equipment is in good order and was put away properly.
  • If there is more than an hour of hard cleaning to be done, the charge goes to the renter and not you.
  • We are members of the Bancroft Chamber of Commerce and they have sent much business our way.
  • We advertise in the Discovery Guide & Summer Sun (both publications are put out by the local Bancroft Chamber of Commerce) as well as with various other magazines and brochures, such as the Maple Leaf Snow Skimmers map.
  • We are members of the Ontario Highlands Tourism Organization, and listed on their website, as well as their mobile app.
  • To give us more visibility, we advertise the cottages with a couple of online sites, which directs inquiries back to us.
  • We have 2 highway signs, one on Hwy #28 just south of Apsley and another on Hwy #62 just south of L’Amable.
  • Everywhere and Tim Fulford, Broker of record, and Josh Fulford, Sales Representative advertises for real estate, is also advertised, and this includes billboards and every mail out.
  • We work closely with the Maple Leaf Rally Club to provide accommodation for the organizers, committee members, as well as teams, and drivers for the local rally events including the Rally of The Tall Pines event held each year in late November, in L’Amable, ON, and the Black Bear Rally in July.
Like any business, some ads and some locations, times of the ads etc. may change. We are in this for the long term, and we want Inc. to keep growing as an honest reputable rental company, that you can trust and rely on.
